Alnwick Youth Hostel has opened a state of the art cycle hub, for use by our guests and commuters and visitors to the town.

A building which was used to stable police horses in the 1800s has been completely renovated to provide secure cycle storage downstairs, and locker facilities upstairs.  Our gas-assisted cycle racks make storing bikes easy and accessible, and visitors can store their cycling kit in the secure lockers to make exploring the town easier and more convenient.

Our cycle storage can be used by non-residents free of charge, and slots must be booked in advance by clicking here.  Once your booking is confirmed you will be provided with a PIN number which is unique to you, and which is programmed to last only as long as you will be using the hub.  Guests can also book cycle storage in advance of their stay by using the same link.

Alnwick Youth Hostel Cycle Hub is open between 08:00 and 19:00 every day.  Please note that for additional security the hub is locked overnight and bikes cannot be accessed during this time.
