School/Social Groups:

• For groups of 16 people or more
• Free planning visit for up to two group leaders for one night
• Class room available with AV equipment
• Continental breakfast available
• Free Wi-Fi throughout

Exclusive Use:

• For groups of any size up to 57 (maximum capacity)
• Use of the entire building (excluding private areas such as reception, staff flat, storage cupboards and staff kitchen)
• No restriction on access
• Continental breakfast available
• Dogs welcome (for an additional fee)

Please note that we currently have a member of staff living on site.

Pricing:

Exclusive use is £1225 per night during peak times and £780 off-peak.

Non-exclusive use is the price of individual rooms booked.

Continental breakfast for groups is £4.00 per head (regardless of age of guests).

Early check-in/late check-out (use of communal rooms only) may be accommodated – please contact us for more details.
