School/Social Groups:

• For groups of 16 or more people
• Free planning visit for up to two group leaders for one night
• Free school teacher places on a ratio 1:10
• Risk assessment info pack
• Activity sessions can be arranged locally
• Class room available with AV equipment
• Catering available on booking (see below)
• Free Wi-Fi throughout

Exclusive Use:

• For groups of any size up to 57 (maximum capacity)
• Use of the entire building (excluding private areas such as Reception, Staff Flat, Storage cupboards and Staff Kitchen) 
• No restriction on access
• Catering available on booking
• Activity packages can be arranged locally
• Dogs welcome (for an additional fee)

Please note that we currently have a member of staff living on site

Catering Options:

• Catering available for group bookings only
• Full-board – Bed & Breakfast, packed lunch, Evening Meal
• Half-board – Bed & Breakfast, Evening Meal
• Bed & Breakfast
• Additional meals may be available for ‘Room Only’ group bookings, please ask when booking
